Own the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise analytics solutions, ensuring data accuracy and optimal performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate stakeholder expectations into detailed technical specifications for development.
• Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytics solutions using Tableau, Looker, and SQL.
• Collect data from various sources, normalize it for consistency, and build robust data models.
• Test, publish, and continuously monitor reports to resolve data or performance issues proactively.
• Manage enterprise-driven implementations, architecture, and administration of analytics platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of enterprise-level experience in data presentation and business intelligence.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Looker, and SQL for data visualization and analytics.
• Strong background in data modeling, data analytics, and dashboard development.
• Experience with Tableau Server, including server architecture and administration.
• Ability to optimize performance for large-scale data workbooks and sources.
• Sound knowledge of modern analytics products and versions.
• Experience working in co-located, agile teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coaching team members on coding practices and design principles.
• Proven ability to address customer needs promptly in diverse, inclusive environments.
