Description

You design and advise on end-to-end analytics architectures for enterprise and public sector customers across India. You own technical deep-dives, proof-of-concept engagements, and architecture reviews while mentoring the internal Solution Architect community.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design analytics architectures spanning data ingestion, processing, warehousing, streaming, and visualization using AWS services.
• Lead technical workshops, proof-of-concept engagements, and architecture reviews with customer technical teams.
• Develop reusable reference architectures, best-practice guides, and technical content for data lake, data warehouse, and streaming use cases.
• Collaborate with AWS product teams to provide customer feedback, influence service roadmaps, and drive feature adoption in the India region.
• Support field teams with competitive positioning against on-premises and third-party analytics platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or data engineering.
• Deep expertise with Amazon Redshift, Amazon Athena, Amazon EMR, AWS Glue, Amazon MSK, and Amazon OpenSearch Service.
• Strong foundation in data architecture principles and analytics patterns.
• Experience designing petabyte-scale data lakes and real-time streaming pipelines.
• Proven track record of delivering technical content, including blog posts, whitepapers, and conference presentations.
• Ability to mentor engineers and drive technical thought leadership within the community.
• Experience with enterprise data warehouses and data visualization tools.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with S3 Tables and Amazon QuickSight.
• Background in competitive positioning and technical writing for enterprise audiences.
