Description

Lead the analytics team while maintaining hands-on technical execution within the insurance domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction on data modeling, manipulation, visualization, predictive modeling, and automation.
• Develop, maintain, and modernize pricing and product analytics models.
• Manage the program governance framework and direct client relationships.
• Execute competitor analysis and ad-hoc data analysis to resolve business problems.
• Lead dual-shore engagement teams through complex implementation projects.

Required Skills

• 9-11 years of core analytics experience.
• Prior consulting or implementation experience with P&C or Life Insurance clients.
• Proficiency in Python, R/SAS, and SQL.
• Experience with visualization tools including Power BI or Tableau.
• Demonstrated expertise in pricing model development and various modeling techniques.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related analytics field.
• Ability to work onsite in Boston or Chicago two days per week.
