Key Skills: Anaplan, Explicit Model Building

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Anaplan models to support business planning and forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Anaplan models.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Anaplan functionalities.
• Stay updated with Anaplan tool enhancements and best practices.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in Anaplan model development and maintenance
• Proficiency in Anaplan formulas, model architecture, and dashboard creation
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions
• Experience with data integration between Anaplan and other systems
• Understanding of business planning processes (FP&A, supply chain, sales planning, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Familiarity with Explicit Model Building is an added advantage

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Anaplan Level 1 or Level 2 Model Building certification (mandatory)
