Description

You will design and architect end-to-end incentive compensation solutions, leading the transition from Anaplan Classic to Polaris.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build ICM models in Anaplan Polaris based on business requirements from Sales, Finance, and HR.
• Develop compensation plans, crediting rules, quotas, territories, and commission calculations.
• Facilitate data integration between CRM, ERP, and HRMS systems, streamlining ETL processes.
• Lead system upgrades, performance tuning, and ensure data accuracy and governance.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership on solution architecture.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years specifically in Anaplon.
• Strong experience building ICM/SPM models, with specific expertise in Anaplan Polaris.
• Proficiency in SQL and general database knowledge for data modeling.
• Understanding of ETL concepts and system integration patterns.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex compensation logic.

Preferred Skills

• Anaplan Solution Architect certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
