Description

You will design, implement, and maintain Anaplan solutions to support FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, headcount planning, and spend management.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support Anaplan models to improve planning and forecasting capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions and manage data integrations via data hubs.
• Define methodology, standards, and best practices for Anaplan configuration and implementation.
• Troubleshoot pre-production and post-production issues while enforcing code style and development standards.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, IT, and Data teams to optimize business processes through Anaplan.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Anaplan configuration and implementation.
• 5+ years of experience in software development or business systems with multiple commercially deployed products.
• Strong understanding of Financial Planning & Budgeting, including forecasting, headcount, and spend management.
• Experience supporting FP&A, Accounting, or Sales Finance functions.
• Practical knowledge of integrating Anaplan with ERP, CRM, and Data Warehouses.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, data integration, and scripting/automation for Anaplan workflows.
• Experience working in Agile development environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of SaaS business environments and enterprise-level financial applications.

Preferred Skills

• Anaplan certification (e.g., Certified Model Builder, Master Anaplanner).
• Master’s degree.
