Description

You will advise and support the development and usage of the Anaplan system.

Responsibilities

• Upskill and train new P&C Anaplan Model Builders on the P&C Anaplan instance.
• Upskill existing Model Builder support staff.
• Assist in architecting new Anaplan models, including CL Underwriting, PL Underwriting, Farm Underwriting, Segmentation and Goal Planning, Bond/Surety Territory Management, and CommAg Sales Goal Planning Metrics.
• Offer guidance and feedback on Anaplan best practices, industry standards, and innovation.

Required Skills

• Architect-level skills in Anaplan (certification required).
• Strong understanding of change management tactics.
• Ability to drive detailed business requirements and facilitate meaningful conversations.
• Experience with the Nationwide Anaplan instance, structure, and related technologies.
• Experience building high-capacity Anaplan models affecting planning, territory organization, and compensation.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a business-first mentality, not IT-first.
• 6+ years of relevant working experience.
