Description

You will architect, build, and support Anaplan models for Property & Casualty planning, underwriting, and territory management while mentoring model builders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect new Anaplan models for CL/PL/Farm Underwriting, Segmentation, Goal Planning, and Bond/Surety Territory Management.
• Upskill and train new P&C Anaplan Model Builders and existing support staff.
• Drive detailed business requirements and facilitate meaningful conversations with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on Anaplan best practices, industry standards, and innovation.
• Build high-capacity models affecting planning, territory organization, and compensation.

Required Skills

• Anaplan Architect-level skills (certification required).
• 6+ years of relevant working experience.
• Experience building high-capacity Anaplan models.
• Strong understanding of change management tactics.
• Experience with the Nationwide Anaplan instance, structure, and related technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a business-first mentality.
