Responsibilities

• Design and architect complex Anaplan solutions tailored to business needs.
• Build intricate Anaplan models to support enterprise performance management.
• Implement incentive compensation and revenue models.
• Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience working with the Anaplan product.
• Proven track record of at least 3 Anaplan implementations focused on incentive compensation and revenue models.
• Extensive experience in Anaplan solution architecture.
• Expertise in building and developing intricate Anaplan models.
• Deep understanding of incentive compensation management.
• Strong knowledge of core financial and enterprise performance management processes.
• Experience with planning, budgeting, and forecasting workflows.
• Experience with performance reporting and analytics.
