Description

You will own the architecture and stability of Anaplan solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production support for existing Anaplan models to ensure business continuity.
• Own incident management, including triage, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.
• Drive model performance optimization and continuous improvements aligned with business needs.
• Manage enhancements, change requests, and releases following Anaplan ALM best practices.
• Translate functional requirements from business stakeholders into scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or similar roles.
• Expertise with Anaplan.
• Experience leading production support and incident management.
• Ability to oversee data integrations and scheduled loads affecting models.
• Experience establishing governance standards and support runbooks.
• Bachelor’s degree.
