Description

You will build and maintain Android applications, integrating technical solutions with product requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to ship new features.
• Utilize AOSP to customize and extend Android platform functionality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to enhance user experience.
• Mentor junior developers on best practices and development techniques.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in Android app development.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Knowledge of Android Open Source Project (AOSP) and its components.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.
• Solid understanding of Android application architecture, components, and lifecycles.
• Experience with Android Studio and Git.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Participation in code reviews to ensure performance, maintainability, and code quality.
