Description

Lead the architectural design and technical direction of scalable Android applications.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, reusable solutions from inception to deployment.
• Lead a team of Android developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and standard enforcement.
• Optimize application performance and resolve architectural bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Backend, and QA teams to integrate frontend and backend systems.
• Develop automated tests and implement security best practices for reliability and compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Android development experience, including 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership.
• Proficiency in Android SDK, Kotlin, and Java.
• Deep understanding of Android Jetpack, LiveData, ViewModel, and Room.
• Experience implementing MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture patterns.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and backend service integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS and Google Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles for Android.
• Expertise in multithreading, asynchronous programming, and build tools like Gradle or Maven.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Enterprise Mobility Solutions or large-scale enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Fastlane, or similar tools.
