Description

You will serve as the technical authority for complex design, architecture, and performance challenges across iOS and Android platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategy and serve as the escalation point for architectural decisions.
• Mentor engineers across iOS, Android, and Backend on Multiplatform expertise.
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and architecture walkthroughs.
• Build an engineering culture focused on excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Own the end-to-end application lifecycle from architecture to deployment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Software Engineering experience (Android and/or iOS).
• 5+ years of experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
• Strong Kotlin skills, including coroutines, Ktor, SQLDelight, and Gradle builds.
• Hands-on production or POC experience with KMP/KMM.
• Understanding of Jetpack Compose and SwiftUI for modern UI architecture.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, offline storage, and sync mechanisms.
• Familiarity with both Android and iOS development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building applications end-to-end from architecture to deployment.
