Description

You will design and build native Android applications, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness across the platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build applications for the native Android platform, embedding webviews where required.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define, design, and deploy new features.
• Connect applications to back-end services using RESTful and GraphQL APIs, handling JSON/XML data.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness during development and deployment.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum 8+ years of Native Android development experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Experience developing end-to-end Android mobile apps, including design, development, and app marketplace deployment.
• Understanding of fundamental Android APIs, frameworks, UI styles, and paradigms.
• Knowledge of performance limits and characteristics in mobile development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Android Frameworks, specifically Apollo Kotlin / GraphQL.
