Description

You will design, develop, and test Android Automotive OS (AAOS) and projection systems, owning the quality of the release pipeline and the stability of the automotive interface.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AAOS components using Java and Kotlin.
• Build and execute API and UI automation tests to ensure system reliability.
• Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab.
• Debug complex issues using HTTP protocols and system logs.
• Track work and manage defects using JIRA.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in Android development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and Kotlin.
• Deep understanding of Android OS architecture and internals.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
• Experience with JIRA for issue tracking.
• Knowledge of API and UI test automation frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Android Automotive OS (AAOS) specific modules.
• Background in mobile computing and projection systems.
