Description

You will build and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and Java.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop application features using the Android SDK and Jetpack components.
• Design user interfaces using XML, ConstraintLayout, and Material Design principles.
• Implement local data storage using SQLite or SharedPreferences.
• Integrate RESTful APIs via HTTP libraries like Retrofit or Volley.
• Manage source code and version control using Git.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Android development.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java.
• Deep understanding of the Android application lifecycle.
• Experience with Android Studio and various Android OS versions.
• Strong knowledge of XML for layout design and UI components.
• Familiarity with architectural patterns including MVC, MVP, and MVVM.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and network requests.
• Competency with Git for version control.
• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
