Description

You will own the administration and technical guidance for the organization's mobile device management platform across Android environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the MDM platform to control mobile devices across Android environments, overseeing the full device lifecycle.
• Develop and implement enterprise-wide MDM policies, standards, and best practices aligned with device compliance.
• Monitor and maintain the health of the MDM environment, ensuring interoperability and proper configuration of security software and VPNs.
• Provide technical support and develop training materials for end users and IT staff regarding MDM issues and procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Android development.
• Proficiency in Kotlin.
• Experience with backend development principles and Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with Microservices architecture.
• Working knowledge of Kafka and API design.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Understanding of communication protocols like gRPC and Protobuf.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with patch management and regular audits for optimal system performance.
