Description

Lead mobile development for connected vehicle platforms and embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5+ developers using agile/scrum methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Develop unit tests and UI tests to ensure application stability.
• Present technical ideas, concepts, and POCs to executive teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and implement software design patterns.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience developing native mobile applications.
• Senior-level proficiency in Kotlin 1.7+ and Android Studio.
• Deep knowledge of Jetpack architecture components (LiveData, ViewModel, Lifecycle, Navigation, ViewBinding).
• Experience with Android API level 30+ and Coroutines.
• Expert understanding of underlying mobile operating system and security concepts for data on devices and in transit.
• Experience with REST web services integration and git.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining Gradle build files and configuring flavors.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Fastlane.
• Experience with Android Auto, QNX, and connected vehicle platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of localizing mobile applications for global markets.
• Experience using Google Play Console.
