Description

You will own mobile engineering projects and provide technical support for the business.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute mobile engineering projects and participate in discovery for small to medium initiatives.
• Provide and support the implementation of business solutions for mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot business and production issues encountered on mobile devices.
• Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to team development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building scalable e-commerce applications or mobile software.
• Expert-level knowledge of Kotlin, Android SDK, and Gradle.
• Experience with asynchronous coroutines and dependency injection (Dagger).
• Experience building reusable Android components and orchestrating user interactions with backend services via REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Deep understanding of Android framework components, lifecycle management, multi-threading, networking, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in design patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVP, Clean), MVC, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and continuous integration workflows.
• Experience with unit and integration testing Android code, including Mockk, Google Truth, Robolectric, and Espresso.
• A published Android application is required.

Preferred Skills

• 6+ years of total working experience.
