Description

You will build and maintain native Android applications for Bahria Town.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Android applications using Kotlin and Java following MVVM architecture.
• Implement UI components using Constraint Layout and Google’s design principles.
• Integrate RESTful APIs using Retrofit and Volley to connect to back-end services.
• Manage data persistence using Room and SQL databases.
• Configure Firebase services including Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Remote Config, Real Time Database, and Crashlytics.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Android development.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK and handling various Android versions and screen sizes.
• Hands-on experience with Retrofit and Volley.
• Experience with Room and SQL Databases.
• Deep understanding of Firebase Cloud Services.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• A portfolio containing at least two published Android applications.
