Design and build advanced Android applications with a focus on pixel-perfect UIs and high-performance code.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Android applications based on stakeholder specifications and pixel-perfect UI requirements.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define and ship new features.
• Write modular, extensible, and readable code while performing peer code reviews.
• Unit-test code for robustness and monitor application reliability and performance.
• Solve technical challenges specific to the banking domain and integrate with outside data sources and APIs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Android app development.
• Proficiency with Android SDK and Kotlin.
• Strong experience working with REST and JSON for remote data handling.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Solid understanding of mobile architectures and emerging technologies.
• Practical experience with unit testing and JUnit.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the banking domain.
