Description

You will develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Java, focusing on performance and user experience.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build user-friendly interfaces using Jetpack Compose and XML layouts.
• Implement local data persistence with Room Database, SQLite, and SharedPreferences.
• Manage asynchronous tasks and networking using Coroutines, Retrofit, and WebSockets.
• Optimize app speed, memory usage, and responsiveness.
• Write and execute unit and UI tests using JUnit, Espresso, and Mockito.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Android development.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android UI development.
• Solid understanding of Android SDK, Activities, Fragments, and Services.
• Hands-on experience with Room Database, SQLite, and local storage solutions.
• Experience integrating APIs using Retrofit and handling real-time updates.
• Familiarity with Firebase, including Analytics and Crashlytics.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Fastlane.
• Experience with Play Store deployment and console management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RxJava for background task management.
• Proficiency in iOS development with Swift.
