Description

You will own the full lifecycle of the Android application, from frontend development and IoT device connectivity to release management.

Responsibilities

• Develop native Android code to interact with IoT devices and manage app-to-cloud connectivity.
• Build responsive UIs supporting various screen densities and implement graphical visualizations for sleep analytics.
• Perform bug fixing, code optimization, and performance improvements to ensure application stability.
• Write unit tests for edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Manage the release cycle, including submitting and releasing applications to the Google Play Store.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in native Android app development.
• Proficiency in Java and REST API integration.
• Strong understanding of the networking stack, including TCP/IP, server/client concepts, sockets, and network programming.
• Experience with local and remote video streaming.
• Ability to implement Material Design guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience using AWS and CloudWatch for debugging.
• BE or BTech in CS, ECE, Electrical, or allied fields.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with native app development specifically for IoT applications.
• Full stack development understanding.
