Description

You will develop and maintain features for Android TV set-top-box products, including new hardware integrations and bug fixes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new features for Android TV hardware.
• Characterize and fix bugs reported by QA, customers, or field reports.
• Perform cross-compilation and Android TV integration using Embedded Linux.
• Maintain the network environment for remote teams.

Required Skills

• 5-8+ years of experience in embedded software development using Android.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Java.
• Experience with Android AOSP, Buildroot, and Android Studio.
• Knowledge of Embedded Linux and cross-compilation.
• Experience with Jenkins, GIT, GitLab, or SVN.
• Familiarity with Javascript, NodeJS, Vue.js, Shell, or Python.
• Competency with ADB, GDB, Wireshark, and ad-hoc debugging tools.
• Understanding of IP Networking, WiFi, and Bluetooth.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science.
