Description

You will build Android applications with a focus on hardware interaction and network communication.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build Android applications that interact with external devices via Bluetooth, BLE, and Wi-Fi Direct.
• Implement file and data transfer protocols over various network types.
• Manage network communication using HTTP, WebSockets, and RESTful APIs.
• Optimize application performance through effective multithreading and background services.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of features from design collaboration to implementation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Android app development.
• Expertise in Kotlin and Java.
• Deep understanding of HTTP, WebSockets, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Android architecture components.
• Proficiency in multithreading and background service management.
• Strong knowledge of Android UI/UX best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to JavaScript and web technologies.
