Description

You will develop and maintain native Android applications for phones and tablets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop native Android applications using Android Studio and Gradle.
• Implement MVP and MVVM development patterns.
• Integrate JSON/REST APIs and manage local data with SQLite.
• Write unit and UI tests using JUnit and Espresso, adhering to TDD.
• Deploy applications to the Google Play Store.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience in Agile/SCRUM environments.
• Extensive experience with Android SDK, Google Play Services, and Android Compatibility Library.
• Proficiency in Java OOP concepts.
• Experience with XML, JSON, and RESTful API connectivity.
• Knowledge of Android front-end/UI development and Google Material Design.
• Expertise in using and writing Android Libraries.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with infrastructure concepts like Single Sign On.
