Description

Lead technical design and solutioning for the IBM Sterling Order Management (OMS) system. Own the architectural blueprints that integrate across complex applications, systems, and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical roadmaps outlining solution structures to support multi-constituent digital growth.
• Partner with business analysts and technical leads to define and guide execution of technical requirements.
• Influence major system and infrastructure decisions while maintaining application best practices.
• Translate business and information requirements into models that align with enterprise reference architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical design and solutioning.
• Extensive experience with Sterling OMS 9.5, SOM, DOM, and Call Center.
• Strong proficiency in web services and APIs.
• Experience managing integrations across large-scale systems.
• Hands-on experience with Angular and Dojo.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to explain the pros and cons of various architecture and development approaches.
