Design, build, and maintain native Android applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications for the Android platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal application performance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in native mobile app development.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and Android UI design principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON, and integrating third-party libraries.
• In-depth understanding of mobile app design patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Experience building and maintaining Android libraries via Gradle/Maven.
• Working knowledge of Unit and Android Tests.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, Gitlab).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native).
• Experience building Android Modules or SDKs.
