Description

You will build and optimize native Android applications in Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities

• Build native Android applications using strong object-oriented design principles.
• Integrate web services including RESTful APIs, OAuth, and JSON.
• Debug and optimize application performance and code efficiency.
• Collaborate within a larger development team or work independently.
• Manage source code using Git or similar version control systems.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of software development experience.
• 3-5 years of Android development experience, preferably on the client side.
• Proficiency in Java (J2EE/J2ME) with deep knowledge of Java Collections and Threading.
• Extensive experience with Android design principles.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth, and JSON.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Solid understanding of SQL and data management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kotlin development.
• Experience working with functional languages.
