Description

Build and maintain mobile applications in an agile environment. Own the full lifecycle from discovery to production support.

Responsibilities

• Execute bug fixes and develop new product features for small to medium-sized projects.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing mobile engineering support.
• Perform peer code reviews and contribute to team development through continuous improvement.
• Implement business solutions and action plans via iterative software enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Android mobile software development.
• Proficiency with Kotlin and Java.
• Experience with Google Play and Jetpack APIs.
• Hands-on use of Git and GitHub for distributed source code version control.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, MVC, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with software debugging techniques using debuggers, loggers, and crash report tools.
• Ability to analyze memory issues and leaks using tools such as DDMS and MAT.
• Experience performing unit and integration testing on Android code.
• Working knowledge of Scrum and agile methodologies.
