Description

Lead mid-size Android feature design and development, driving technical decisions and troubleshooting complex performance challenges with high autonomy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive application design and development for medium-scale projects, serving as a key decision-maker in technical strategy.
• Analyze and resolve root causes for coding, performance, and design defects through deep technical research.
• Define and enforce coding, testing, and debugging standards to ensure adherence to the overall architecture blueprint.
• Partner with vendors on implementation plans and roadmaps to increase development velocity and integration efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end delivery within Agile/Waterfall hybrids, identifying risks and optimizing concurrent project processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Android development.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Experience with GraphQL for API integration.
• Strong understanding of information modeling, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools including Bitrise, Jenkins, and Gradle.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and GitHub Actions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and share knowledge through engineering forums.
