Description

You own the design, development, and delivery of mid-size to large-scale Android applications, acting as a technical lead on complex projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive application design and development from concept to completion with considerable autonomy.
• Analyze root causes of performance bottlenecks and resolve complex coding defects.
• Define coding, testing, and debugging standards to ensure adherence to the architecture blueprint.
• Participate in design discussions as a key decision maker and partner with vendors on implementation roadmaps.
• Manage risk, communicate progress, and streamline delivery processes across agile and waterfall frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Android development.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and GraphQL integrations.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and information modeling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with TDD, JUnit, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Experience influencing strategic functional decisions through technical counsel.
• Track record of improving team velocity and development processes.
