Description

You will design and build advanced applications for the Android platform, owning the full development lifecycle from feature definition to release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced Android applications with a focus on usability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Integrate external data sources and RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services.
• Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and implement performance tuning for offline storage and threading.
• Write unit tests covering edge cases and evaluate new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven working experience in Android app development.
• Strong knowledge of the Android SDK, supporting various versions and screen sizes.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and connecting to back-end services.
• Proficient understanding of Git for code versioning.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and continuous integration processes.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kotlin programming language.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.
