Description

You will design, develop, and release native Android applications using Java and Kotlin. You own the full development lifecycle from architecture to deployment on the Play Store.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain native Android apps using Java and Kotlin within Android Studio.
• Implement UI/UX designs and ensure compatibility across various Android OS versions and device types.
• Integrate third-party services, including payment gateways and web services, ensuring secure data handling.
• Manage local data persistence using SQLite and optimize application performance.
• Conduct device testing, debugging, and code reviews to maintain high coding standards.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of professional experience in Android application development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages.
• Deep understanding of the Android SDK, Android Studio, and the Android application lifecycle.
• Experience with XML for UI layout and JSON for data parsing.
• Hands-on knowledge of SQLite databases and SQL operations.
• Proven ability to integrate payment gateways and external APIs.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, or hybrid mobile frameworks.
• Knowledge of encryption, certificate methods, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and CI/CD pipelines.
