Description

You will lead the development of scalable Android applications and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain Android mobile applications using Kotlin, Java, and SQL.
• Lead design, development, and testing phases of the mobile lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
• Develop technical roadmaps and collaborate with DevOps to manage Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Handle complex UI screens, complicated data structures, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Android application development.
• Expertise in Kotlin, Java, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of Android architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.
• Proficiency with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Experience with Jenkins and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Ability to unit-test code to ensure reliability and user experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud services.
• Knowledge of machine learning or artificial intelligence concepts.
