Description

You will build and maintain native Android applications from concept through production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop new software components and improve existing ones within a large-scale project.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, designers, and hardware teams on integration points.
• Build prototypes and move applications into production environments.
• Participate in technical discussions regarding new features and system improvements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Android development building native apps.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Experience using Android Studio.
• Experience integrating RESTful web services and working with JSON.
• Proficiency in writing automated tests using JUnit, Espresso, Jest, or Mocha.
• Knowledge of Flutter, Swift, Objective-C, or React Native.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
