Description

You will build and maintain Android applications while contributing to software architecture and requirement definitions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain architectural models for software components.
• Develop application code following internal quality standards and guidelines.
• Write and perform unit, integration, and system tests alongside periodic code reviews.
• Document written code and assist in defining customer and graphical specifications.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to solve complex problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Android app development.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, Python, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems and command line shell.
• Experience with versioning tools such as Git.
• Knowledge of automotive architectures and protocols including CAN, MOST, Ethernet, and MQTT.
• Ability to comply with software quality requirements through unit testing and code reviews.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with custom ROMs and compiling Android systems.
• Knowledge of functional safety (ISO-26262), A-Spice, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with embedded systems, Vector tools (Canoe, Canalyzer), and architectural modeling (UML, Enterprise Architect).
