Description

Builds and maintains high-performance Android applications, owning the development lifecycle from UI implementation to release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement UI/UX designs from wireframes using Jetpack Compose and XML layouts.
• Ensure app responsiveness and performance across various devices and screen sizes.
• Debug and resolve crashes, performance bottlenecks, and user experience issues.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Provide technical guidance to colleagues and communicate solutions effectively.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of total mobile development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Android development experience.
• Proficiency in Kotlin, including coroutines and RxJava.
• Strong experience with MVVM architecture and design patterns.
• 4+ years working with REST APIs and API authentication (OAuth).
• Experience with Android Studio, Gradle, and Git version control.
• Familiarity with Firebase, Google Services, and Postman.
• Strong understanding of API security protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying modern methodologies to advance business capabilities.
