Description

You will own the full lifecycle of Android applications, from feature implementation to performance optimization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
• Design and implement user interfaces using XML layouts.
• Integrate RESTful APIs to connect mobile clients with backend services.
• Optimize application performance and manage local data storage using SQL.
• Manage source code versioning and collaboration workflows using Git.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Extensive experience with Android Studio and the Android SDK.
• Deep understanding of XML for UI design and layout management.
• Experience integrating and consuming APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL for database management.
• Competency in C programming.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern Android architecture components.
