Description

You will develop applications and frameworks within the Android ecosystem, focusing on both app-level and system-level implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications using Java and Kotlin within the Android stack.
• Implement automated unit and integration tests as a core part of the design process.
• Work within the Android Open Source Project (AOSP) and Android Framework.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams including UX, design, and product owners.
• Execute testing requirements that involve operating in vehicles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java and Kotlin app development.
• Experience with AOSP and the Android Framework.
• Knowledge of the Android stack and build tools including Gradle and Soong.
• Experience writing automated unit and integration tests.
• Competency in Linux environments.
• Proficiency with Git, Gerrit, and Jenkins.
• English proficiency in both written and spoken forms.
• Valid Swedish B-level driver's license.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Android SystemUI, C++, Android HAL, and AIDL.
