Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional technical specifications.
• Design applications around natural user interfaces and touch-based interactions.
• Implement offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
• Integrate RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services.
• Benchmark and optimize application performance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Android development.
• Strong knowledge of the Android SDK and various Android versions.
• Experience handling different screen sizes and resolutions.
• Deep understanding of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Familiarity with Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines.
• Experience with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• Knowledge of using sensors such as gyroscopes and accelerometers.
• Familiarity with the open-source Android ecosystem and common libraries.
