You will lead the development of mobile applications with a primary focus on accessibility engineering, while mentoring offshore teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain mobile applications using Kotlin.
• Implement and enforce accessibility engineering standards across all features.
• Lead offshore developers by assigning tasks and reviewing code.
• Mentor team members and oversee technical output.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of mobile application development experience.
• Expertise in Kotlin.
• Strong understanding of OOP principles.
• Proven experience with MVVM architecture.
• Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role.
• Experience working within an on/offshore development model.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with accessibility testing tools.
