Description

You will own the end-to-end development of Android applications, from initial concept through to production deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Android applications using clean architecture and modern development practices.
• Build responsive user interfaces using Jetpack Compose, managing layouts and animations.
• Handle asynchronous programming and background tasks using Kotlin Coroutines and RxJava.
• Integrate remote data sources via RESTful APIs and parse JSON payloads efficiently.
• Write comprehensive unit tests using JUnit and Mockito to ensure code reliability and cover edge cases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Experience building UIs with Jetpack Compose and understanding of mobile UI fundamentals.
• Deep knowledge of MVVM and MVP architectural patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Kotlin Coroutines, RxJava, and LiveData.
• Proficiency with Dagger for dependency injection.
• Ability to work effectively with REST APIs and JSON data structures.
• Proficiency in Git for version control.
• Understanding of Gang of Four design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jetpack components such as Room and Navigation.
