Description

Lead the design, architecture, and development of native Android applications from inception through the full development life cycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop native mobile applications using enterprise architecture and systems integration patterns.
• Manage global app deployments across multiple international markets.
• Design and deliver high-quality mobile and tablet user experiences.
• Perform application performance profiling and tuning for consumer-facing apps.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and architectural decisions to executives and business partners.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Experience with SQLite and Google Volley.
• Strong knowledge of dynamic data formats including JSON and XML.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP interfaces.
• Experience connecting Android applications to backend services via RESTful APIs.
• Practical knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML for cloud identity and authorization.
• Proficiency with modeling tools and languages such as UML.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jetpack libraries.
