Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Android shopping applications using Kotlin.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end, from technical design and development to testing and deployment.
• Deliver scalable, maintainable code that aligns with engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and backend teams to implement business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and production incidents.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Android development using Kotlin.
• Solid understanding of the Android SDK, application lifecycle, and UI frameworks.
• Experience maintaining large-scale consumer or retail applications.
• Practical knowledge of MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
• Strong grasp of coding standards, performance optimization, and memory management.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jetpack components (ViewModel, LiveData, Room, Navigation) or Jetpack Compose.
• Familiarity with analytics, logging, and feature-flag tools.
• Background in e-commerce or omnichannel retail.
