Description

You will develop Android and Linux-based modules for vehicle infotainment systems, including message modifications for Meter and HUD communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android/HMI functional applications for infotainment systems.
• Analyze system requirements and design specifications to convert them into algorithms and test cases.
• Execute test cases and scripts to ensure complete requirement and test coverage.
• Perform bench and vehicle debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate between development and validation teams to align on defect fixes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and verification/validation.
• Proficiency in Java, Android, C++, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Android platform and Android Studio development.
• Knowledge of CAN and Ethernet communication protocols.
• Experience with Linux programming and automation.
• Competency in Git Lab, SVN, Gerrit, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Blackbox and Whitebox testing methodologies.
• Ability to perform hardware bench setup and issue reproduction.
• Experience working within Agile Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Middleware development.
• Experience with Amazon Alexa SDK and IoT.
• Knowledge of Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Bluetooth integration.
