Description

You will develop Android OS implementations for research devices by partnering with researchers and firmware engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop Android OS implementations for research devices.
• Develop software stacks to provide access and control of novel sensor streams on and off device.
• Integrate drivers, system services, and firmware from additional SoCs.
• Serve as the technical liaison between the engineering team and researchers to accelerate progress.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of work experience with C, C++, C#, and Java.
• 3+ years of work experience in AOSP development.
• 2+ years of experience with Java or Kotlin.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years experience developing software for games, autonomous vehicles, robotics, or high performance real-time environments.
• Experience with high-bandwidth communication or camera integration.
