Description

You will design, develop, and maintain native Android applications for phones and tablets, owning the full lifecycle from prototyping to App Store release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop native Android applications using Kotlin and Core Java, ensuring high performance and quality.
• Write and maintain automated test scripts using Appium for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define features, estimate effort, and create prototypes.
• Resolve application bottlenecks, fix bugs, and manage code versioning with Git and Bitbucket.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all features in development and drive continuous improvement of processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing on the Android platform using Kotlin and/or Java.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and experience with C-based libraries.
• Experience writing automated tests using Appium (Android and iOS).
• Proficiency with Web Services, REST APIs, and standard mobile APIs (Biometrics, Push Notifications, Camera).
• Familiarity with Git and Bitbucket for code versioning.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Objective-C, Swift, and SwiftUI.
• Extensive knowledge of Xcode and iOS development.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for hybrid or web-integrated components.
