Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers through the full development lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure code solutions.
• Ensure 100% line and branch code coverage using BDD automation testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with architects and technology teams to define scalable design solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and security vulnerabilities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience architecting and designing mobile applications.
• 8+ years of Android development specifically using Kotlin and Jetpack.
• 5+ years of mobile solutions engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and 2.1.
• Deep expertise in design, code, test, debug, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of application and web security principles.
• Proven ability to perform application performance analysis and tuning.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
