You will design and build scalable Android applications while driving engineering excellence across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable Android solutions and new features.
• Improve engineering workflows by automating manual tasks and optimizing build times.
• Own application performance, quality, and responsiveness through proactive debugging and bottleneck identification.
• Drive code quality by improving code reviews, testing coverage, and modularization.
• Collaborate with teams to define technical designs and ship production-ready code.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Kotlin, including Kotlin Coroutines and Jetpack components.
• Strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Experience with memory management, threading, and performance profiling using Systrace and Perfetto.
• Hands-on experience with Clean Architecture, modularization, and code reusability.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Experience writing Unit and UI tests.
• Familiarity with networking, databases, and cloud message APIs/push notifications.
• Understanding of Material Design principles and interface guidelines.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and backend system integration.
